The PeopleSoft (PS) Payroll Team Lead (TL) Requirements:

•	Min. 5 yrs. PeopleSoft Payroll v8.8x implementation &#38; support experience with deep configuration knowledge
•	plus of knowledge of configuration issues between HR, Payroll &#38; Time/Labor modules
•	Must have experience leading interface development and integration teams 
•	Demonstrated team lead experience on full lifecycle engagements


Candidate Must Have:

•	Working functional knowledge of PS HCM Applications, Configuration of Payroll, 
•	Hands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology, 
•	Management of technical/process solution definition through implementation, 
•	Establishing &#38; managing development standards, 
•	Requirements definition, mapping &#38; gap analysis, 
•	Development, integration, infrastructure, testing &#38; Test planning, scenario/script/technology development, 
•	Change Management planning through implementation, 
•	Consulting &#38; client management experience w/Director level &#38; above, 
•	Proven experience improving HCM operational metrics, 
•	Strong verbal/written communications skills,
